Returns
Returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back.

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date.

  • Returned items must be in like-new condition, in original packaging, and suitable for commercial resale.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Approved returns may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or adjustment, at Whitney Brothers®’ sole discretion. Refunds do not cover incidental or consequential damages.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may not be changed or canceled after 48 business hours from confirmation without prior written consent.

Any approved changes may result in additional charges and could impact delivery timelines.

Cancellations may incur reasonable cancellation fees, determined by Whitney Brothers®.
