WARRANTY

If any Avenlur product part breaks or fails during the first 5 years of ownership because of defect in material or workmanship and is an active product, we will replace that part/s free of charge.

RETURNS

Have an issue with your product? Change your mind? You have 30 days to return your product from the original purchase date.

How does the return process work?

1. Contact info@doll.haus within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive your personalized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

2. If your item was defective, and you do not wish to receive replacement parts, we will send you a pre-paid return label so that you can return it for a full product replacement, or a full refund if you prefer. Contact us and we will have a label sent to you right away!

3. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund of the product within 3-5 business days (Buyers remorse returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee).

*Damaged returns due to insufficient return packaging may be assessed additional fees.
