Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and unassembled. All returns must be authorized in advance via phone or email.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A return form must be completed and submitted by email or mailed (with delivery confirmation) to the warehouse address. Please include the original invoice with your return.
