Enjoy The Wood items are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Please note that preparation and shipping occur on business days (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as part of shipping days.

Shipping is included on orders over $99 within the continental U.S.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@doll.haus for authorization and instructions.

Return Conditions:

  • All items must be in new condition with original packaging intact.
  • Products must retain their resaleable quality.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs for exchanged items are also the customer's responsibility.

Important Notes:

  • Product costs will be refunded, but original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund in the following situations:
    • Customer was unavailable during delivery
    • Customer provided invalid contact information (phone number or email address)
    • Customer refused the package without valid reason
    • Package was disposed of by postal service due to any of the above reasons

Damaged Items

If products arrive damaged, please file a report with the courier and refuse the package. Contact us immediately at info@doll.haus, and we will arrange for replacement items to be sent as soon as possible. We are not responsible for damaged products that have been accepted.
