Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email us at info@doll.haus. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can help resolve the issue.
