Returns
Returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back.

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date.

  • Returned items must be in like-new condition, in original packaging, and suitable for commercial resale.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Approved returns may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or adjustment, at Whitney Brothers®’ sole discretion. Refunds do not cover incidental or consequential damages.
