Shipping
Wood Designs products are made to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for delivery during non-peak months (October–May). During peak season (June–September), lead times may extend to 4–8 weeks.

Returns
Only new, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of delivery.

Once approved, returns must be received within 30 days of RA issuance.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must arrive in like-new, damage-free condition to qualify for credit.

Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be changed or canceled at any time before they ship, with no fee.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
