This item includes free shipping within the continental U.S. Orders ship via LTL freight and typically arrive within 10–14 business days after dispatch.

Freight Delivery Details
LTL (Less Than Truckload) deliveries are curbside only and require an adult (18+) to be present at the time of delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If any boxes are missing or severely damaged, note this on the delivery paperwork and refuse the shipment. Contact us immediately at 888-632-8558 or info@doll.haus.

Note: The driver is not responsible for moving items beyond curbside or removing packaging materials. Any assistance provided is at your own risk.

Returns & Cancellations
All 2MamaBees items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after shipping.

  • Cancellations made before shipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Returns of damaged or defective items due to shipping or manufacturing will be handled by 2MamaBees—please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, 2MamaBees will send replacement parts at no charge. Contact info@doll.haus within 90 days of purchase with photos and details. Please keep all original packaging until your issue is resolved. Consumer-damaged items (during assembly or use) are not eligible for return or replacement.

Warranty
2MamaBees offers a 1-year replacement warranty on all parts for manufacturer’s defects (wood, hardware, accessories). The wood also carries a 5-year warranty against rot and decay.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Labor or assembly costs

  • Cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect function

  • Improper installation or use

  • Vandalism or natural wear

  • Damage from weather or environmental exposure

  • Use in non-residential settings (e.g., daycares, parks)

  • Any modifications beyond painting

Part Replacement Policy

  • Within the first year: Replacement parts and shipping are fully covered

  • After the first year: Replacement part cost increases by 20% each year; customer covers shipping
