Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping department manages all logistics to ensure the safe delivery of your LiteZilla products from our workshop to your location. If your location has a loading dock, the carrier will deliver the shipment there. Otherwise, our standard delivery service includes lift-gate delivery to the exterior of the building.

Customers are responsible for unpacking, transporting items inside, and disposing of shipping materials. Most products are packed in large wooden shipping crates. Smaller items may be shipped on wooden pallets, so we suggest arranging crate disposal prior to delivery. Mini orders or accessory-only orders ship via FedEx.

White-glove delivery service, including interior transport and material disposal, is available in select areas. Please contact us for details and to arrange the most suitable delivery options for your location.

Installation

Installation is the client’s responsibility. LiteZilla provides comprehensive installation guides for each product, which are available after placing an order or by contacting us. Our team also offers phone or video-call support to assist with the installation process. For certain products, optional installation services can be arranged for an additional fee, assessed individually.

Returns & Cancellations

  • All LiteZilla products are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of defective or incorrect items (see Inspection of Goods below).

  • Order Changes: You may request changes to your order within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@doll.haus.

  • Cancellations:

    • If canceled within 15 business days of the scheduled delivery date, a 15% restocking fee applies.

    • If canceled after being notified that the order is ready to ship (within 5 business days of shipment), the same 15% restocking fee applies.

Inspection of Goods

  • Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery.

  • If you receive Nonconforming Goods (items that:

    1. Differ from what you ordered, or

    2. Are labeled or packaged incorrectly),
      contact us in writing within this 7-day period and include photos or documentation.

Resolution for Nonconforming Goods

  • LiteZilla will, at its discretion:

    • Replace the nonconforming item(s), or

    • Refund the purchase price, including reasonable return shipping costs.

  • LiteZilla covers all shipping expenses for returning nonconforming items and sending replacements.

Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted for nonconforming items as described above.

  • All other sales are final and cannot be returned.
